How to make an Outstanding Tiny Desk AI video

Upload one portrait for the lead singer, or add a second for the saxophone player. The studio builds a 19-second vertical concert from five shots, with the showcase soundtrack.

1. Cast the lead singer and optional saxophonist

In the studio, use the first photo slot for your lead singer. Add one separate portrait in the second slot only if you want to replace the saxophone player. One uploaded photo means one selected role, not a group of people.

• Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB per photo.
• Choose one clear face per image in even light, with the head and upper body visible.
• Avoid sunglasses, overlapping faces and heavy filters. Get permission from everyone whose photo you use.

2. Choose quality and check the credits

Open Video settings. The Outstanding desk concert stays 19 seconds and portrait 9:16. The 480p option costs 10 credits; 720p costs 20 credits. This quality setting applies to generated shots; existing band footage keeps its source detail. Other modes have their own duration and shape settings.

3. Sign in and submit once

Continue with Google, review your balance, and confirm photo permission. Submit the concert once. The studio creates the role shots and assembles the edit; keep following that task rather than paying for another while it is processing.

4. Find the full concert after a refresh

Open My videos with the same Google account. Your task history belongs to this website. When the task completes, play through the opening, band, lead close-up, saxophone solo and finale. Check the faces, transitions and sound before sharing.

5. Download the finished MP4

Download your personal video within 14 days of completion to keep it. The desk-concert edit uses the showcase soundtrack. Photo effects are silent and Pet concert uses generated audio; these are separate modes. Exact facial likeness, gestures and lip synchronization are not guaranteed.

If the task fails or is still being checked
