Terms of service

Use the studio with photos you own or have permission to use. Review the selected settings, credit cost and the status shown in the studio before submitting a generation or checkout.

Acceptable use

Obtain consent from identifiable people in uploaded photos. Do not use the service for sexual exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, unlawful content or infringement of another person’s rights.

AI-generated output

The desk concert combines AI-generated role shots with existing band footage and the showcase soundtrack. Other modes generate their own scenes, with audio described in the selected mode. Faces and movements can vary; exact identity, lip synchronization or frame-by-frame recreation is not guaranteed. Review each result and the rights relevant to its intended use.

Accounts, credits and tasks

Google sign-in is required for connected purchases and generation. Credit prices and generation costs are displayed before submission. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. A newly submitted version is a new task and has its own cost.

Failures and refunds

Confirmed generation failures restore task credits. Credit-pack purchases have a separate seven-day unconditional refund policy. See the refund policy. Never treat a pending status as permission to submit a duplicate task.

Independent service

This product is not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts or featured artists. Names of a trend or performance are used to explain the topic, not to imply endorsement.
